The Mac users can print but to scan they now need to use the apple scan software which they have to put it on the scanner and walk all the way back to their desk and hit the scan button on the Mac then walk back. This software which allows the computer to be recognized by the printer for scanning specifically, there are some other features but the scanning is the most important. As of Mac Catilina, Xerox stopped supporting their native app on computers for this printer for Mac users. I recently bought two of the Xerox B215 printers for the office, I went with Xerox for the fact that Xerox is known for being the name brand in the workplace and don't get me wrong the Xerox is a great printer for Half of the employees that run Windows Computers but for the other half that run MacOS it is a nightmare.
